The construction began with the demo of the old UGL data center. The demo work consisted of the removal of walls, raised floor, lighting, electrical circuits, and the spinkler system. The new construction consisted of glass walls, raised floor, 5 Ton Liebert Challenger ACU, 400 Amp Transfer Switch, 200 Amp Electrical Panel, 130 kVa Liebert UPS with Back Up Batteries.
